Qatar Foundation will open a landmark cultural destination this November: Lawh Wa Qalam: M. F. Husain Museum, dedicated to the life and work of Maqbool Fida Husain, one of the most influential pioneers of modern art. Opening to the public on 28 November 2025, the museum will join Education City’s growing network of public cultural spaces, offering an immersive journey through the artistic world of M.F. Husain. A Living Legacy of Creativity The museum will celebrate Husain’s vast artistic career through a multimedia experience that combines paintings, tapestry, photography, poetry, and films. Visitors will discover the philosophies, memories, and influences that shaped Husain’s creativity — all presented in bold, innovative formats that engage audiences of all ages.
