Doha, Qatar — 29 October 2026: United Development Company (UDC), the master developer of The Pearl and Gewan Islands, has unveiled the masterplan for Perlita Gardens, a new residential community comprising 150 standalone villas at The Pearl Island, during Cityscape Qatar 2026.
The announcement marks the opening of Expression of Interest registrations and the launch of Phase One sales for the development, introducing a new villa-focused residential offering designed around privacy, spacious living and family lifestyles.
Alongside Perlita Gardens, UDC announced a limited-time promotional offer on available apartments at Crystal Residence on Gewan Island, valid until 31 December 2026.
Perlita Gardens: 150 Standalone Villas at The Pearl Island
Perlita Gardens introduces a low-density residential community within The Pearl Island, offering families greater space and privacy while maintaining access to the island’s established amenities, services and lifestyle destinations.
The development will consist of 150 standalone six-bedroom villas, featuring seven distinct villa typologies and six façade colour options.
The residential designs focus on different family needs, including multigenerational living, larger hosting spaces, privacy, formal entertaining and balanced indoor-outdoor living.

Interior designs will incorporate natural finishes, integrated lighting and spacious living areas connected to private courtyards and swimming pools.

Development Timeline and Investment
The launch follows UDC’s acquisition of the project site for QR 625 million, alongside the completion of demolition and site preparation works.
The next phase of development is expected to span approximately three years from the commencement of construction.
UDC has not specified a confirmed construction start date or villa selling prices in the announcement.
