• Global Ranking: Qatar ranks eighth overall globally.
• Low Crime Rate: Qatar ranks second globally for the lowest crime rate, with a Crime Index score of 16.0. Violent crime is rare, and petty crimes such as theft are infrequent due to strict laws and strong law enforcement.
