“Leading Under Pressure” Conference to Debut in Doha on 4 November 2026

Doha, Qatar — SympathiQ and Soul Love have announced the inaugural “Leading Under Pressure” conference, the first flagship event in the new Live Well. Lead Well. series, scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, at Park Hyatt Doha in Msheireb Downtown.

Taking place from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, the event will bring together business leaders, executives and professionals for an evening dedicated to sustainable performance, leadership wellbeing and navigating the challenges of demanding workplaces.

Supporting Leaders in High-Pressure Environments

Under the theme “Leading Under Pressure,” the conference aims to address the challenges faced by professionals responsible for leading teams and managing businesses in increasingly demanding work environments.

The programme will feature Sara Curleigh-Parsons and Kevin Chapman as speakers, sharing perspectives on leadership, wellbeing and workplace culture.

Beyond the presentations, attendees will have opportunities to connect through curated and speed networking sessions, encouraging meaningful conversations, professional relationships and the exchange of experiences.

Building a Community Around Sustainable Leadership
