Qatar has done its best in promoting a healthy lifestyle as it gears up to celebrate National Sport Day
Government entities and private sector companies are set to organise several activities and events for employees and the general public.
The 12th edition of the Sport Day will be held on February 14, which will be a unique version as it comes on the heels of the great success in hosting FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. The Qatar National Sport Day promises to be a day filled with fun, frenzy, and sheer excitement as numerous activities are lined up in the country.
The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), Qatar Olympic Committee (Q0C), Aspire Zone, Qatar Foundation and various other sporting and banking organisations play a prominent role in organising a number of events across Qatar.
To celebrate the Sport Day, Qatar Foundation has invited community members of all abilities and age groups to join NSD celebrations at Education City on February 14 and announced multiple activities. Qatar Foundation will host a fun triathlon to create awareness about the sport and encourage more participation in it.
In a tweet Aspire Zone said yesterday, 'Let's go. Are you ready?' A range of sport activities for all ages will be held to mark the day. The 3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum is also celebrating the Sport Day with healthy options and wholesome activities at the museum.

Mall of Qatar said on its website that there will be high level of action, energy and pure entertainment during the Sport Show from February 2 to 18 at 6, 7.30, and 9pm (except Sundays),
