8 countries to take part in first Qatar International Open Parachuting Championship

The unique championship to be held from February 5-8 at the Doha Sealine Dropzone will see teams from Austria, Denmark, Germany, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Slovenia and Qatar taking part.


In a post on social media, Qatar Air Sports Committee, organisers of the championship invited all to attend the first Qatar International Open Parachuting Championship, which will be held at the Sealine area between 7am and 5pm.


There will be two competitions in men’s category – 4-way formation skydiving and accuracy landing. The opening of the championship will be on Friday, February 5 at 4pm in Sealine.
